Amundi Canada Inc. is a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management, a corporation incorporated under French law. Both are fully-owned by Amundi SA, a listed company since November 12, 2015 which shareholding is controlled by Crédit Agricole SA, a publicly traded company incorporated under French laws.
 
Amundi Canada is registered as portfolio manager in the provinces of Quebec, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Amundi Canada is also registered as an exempt market dealer in the same provinces, except in Nova Scotia. Finally the firm has the Investment Fund Manager registration in Quebec and Ontario. The firm's National Registration Database number is 27710. The Company is not authorized to deal with individuals, unless they are included in the definition of “accredited investors” only as defined by section 1.1 paragraphs d), e), j), k), l), q) and v) of National Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus Exemptions. For more clarity, the Company only maintains relationships with “permitted clients” that are not individuals within the meaning of National Instrument 31-103 - Registration Requirements,
 
Asset management services pursuant to portfolio management agreements entered into between Amundi Canada and Canadian permitted clients, are delegated by Amundi Canada to other Amundi's affiliates pursuant to sub-advisor agreements.
